James attended to my vehicle, wrote up the ticket and informed me from time to time to how the work was going on and how soon the car will be out of the door. His customer service and friendly skills speak for themselves. Each time I go to the dealership for service or parts I make sure that I only go to him and only on those days that he is working. We were both lucky enough to have Lagii Moore as our Service Consultant for our visits. She went 'above and beyond' each of our expectations for a great service experience. She was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful on both occasions. We usually receive this kind of support during our visits but Lagii personalized our experience both times and made the visits a pleasant recollection. We appreciate Lagii's efforts; she exemplifies the standards required by the Service Managers, who have also treated us very well. Thank you, Lagii! More
Apple Leftovers in the Center of My Car I always had a pleasant experience at Lexus Pohanka Service, however, recently I took in a car for service to change rear breaks. I was told it would I always had a pleasant experience at Lexus Pohanka Service, however, recently I took in a car for service to change rear breaks. I was told it would take under an hour. After an hour & a half I asked where was my car, I got a response that it was coming. 2 Hours later the car appears, they apologized for the wait, I paid and went to take my car. When I open passenger door, I see apple leftovers in the center council. I called the manager or whoever I served my car with, they apologized and everything, but my experience was awful. For the money I paid, which was over $160 to change break pads that I brought the part for, it's horrible. No refund or discount was offered. I'm pretty sure I'll be using another service center in the future that is no Lexus. More

Fast and easy service I brought my car in for its routine service at Pohanka Lexus. My service person, Shane greeted me at the door with a friendly "good morning". I told him I needed service, but I neede to get in and out fast so I could make it to an appointment. He pulled the car into the shop himself and I was on my way in 45 minutes. And they washed my car! Awsome service. It made my day. More
