He even went out to clean up the car himself because the dealership was so busy. And when we found a scuff mark on the dash he took care of it himself! Josh was very thorough on going over the paper work. Everyone was very friendly, lunch was offered...pizza and McDonald's. I went to buy a new Sentra and was moved into a late model Altima. I didn't get to drive it. Found out after I signed that it had been in an accident, was listed $1000 less than I payed with a $2500 pay model Altima. I didn't get to drive it. I was foolish and trusted the Manager (Fred) that he wanted to help me out. Eric was a big ego and kept trying to tell me what to do. If I hadn't driven all the way from Alexandria VA and this was my only day off for the next two weeks or more I would have walked away. As a matter of fact I did try to walk away but Fred came out and spoke to me so kindly as if he really cared and wanted to help me out. I am realistic and realize a business is not going to give anything away but I really feel they ripped me off as if I was wealthy and could afford to be ripped off. I have 6 childeren and am a junior Enlisted service member (I am not going to give to much personal info, but those men knew my situation) All I asked for was to be treated fairly. Surely you need to make a profit but Eric and Fred overkilled me that night and when I go buy a new Truck for my wife this summer it will be in Alexandria and not way off in Stafford for sure. More

My wife brought her 2005 Nissan Altima w/84,990 mi. in for service as she noticed a ticking sound coming from the engine. She normally take the car to the dealer she purchased it from (Brown's Nissan Faif for service as she noticed a ticking sound coming from the engine. She normally take the car to the dealer she purchased it from (Brown's Nissan Faifax). but because Roners of Stafford is very close and new she desided to give it a try. The tech. indicated that there was no oil noted on the dip stick (of course he did not show this to my wife). The oil was changed 3000 miles earlier. According to this information the tech. recommended a new engine and converter ( because oil burning would damage the converter) and that the cost would be $11,000 +. He then indicated that it would be cheaper to purchase a new car and proceeded to introduced her to a sales rep. . My wife indicated that she was not interested in a new car and gave permission to do a $ 115. diagnostic and change the oil. First of all there was no indication from an oil sensor that the oil was so low as to trigger a warning light. There was no over heating or indication that the engine was even running hot. Again no check engine or oil light was indicating a problem. When asked what could possibly be causing the loss of oil the tech. indicated that it was being burned. This vehicle is not burning oil at that rate or for that matter leaking any oil. There was no diagnostic report provided when all was completed or any proof that the engine was indeed destroyed. The car runs and sounds fine. It is not burning oil or leaking any.As a matter of fact they provided a reminder sticker to bring the car back in at 98740 mi or by 7/9/20012 for a next check up. I guess they believe the destroyed engine would lat at least another 14,000 mi. I believe that this is just an example of a dealership taking advantage of a women who they may believe does not know anything about an automobile and fraudulently scaring her into purchasing a new vehicle from there showroom. I will be visiting the dealership today to discuss the experience and perhaps recover the diagnostics charge in lieu of not receiving any documentation that it was performed. If this cannot be reconciled we will be filing complaints. More

I have always been a Honda fan but my girlfriend really favors Nissans. So I came into the dealership with the feeling that I will just appease my girlfriend and take a test drive, then go buy the Honda t favors Nissans. Then I met Larry Stepp. His professionalism and product knowledge exceeded all my expections. He explained the benefits of being a Rosner customer. Long story short, I was so pleased with the performance of the Nissan, and the customer service I received from Larry and the managers that I did go ahead and lease myself a new Nissan. My girlfriend is also very very happy. I highly recommend Stafford Rosner Nissan. Ask for Larry Stepp! More

Never again will I visit this dealership! My fiancee and I needed a second vehicle so we stopped at this dealership so that I could get a better image of the cars I looked at online. The salesman, Brian, offered to take us for a test drive. My fiancee didn't want to do that until he knew he could get it financed. This would be his first major on-credit purchase so we were skeptical. He filled out the information and the salesman took it to the finance people. After some negotiating with the down payment he was told that he would need a co-signer to finance a used car but they could put him in a new car (2012) without one. Um, huh?? Wouldn't the new car be more of a risk then the used? Anyway, he went back to the finance people and eventually we were brought a deal. A 2012 Nissan Versa sedan, 10% interest rate and a car payment within our budget. My fiancee signed a 7-day promisary note and said "so if I come back here with the down payment I walk out with a car?" and the salesman said "yes." Two days later, we went back to the dealership with our down payment. We arrived around 6 PM and was told that there was 1 other person in front of us so we'd have to wait until they were done. Not a problem. After 2 1/2 hours, the salesman came back to us and told my fiancee to follow him out to the lot. Didn't acknowledge me and didn't say why we were going out to the lot. We were headed in the direction of the used cars which was odd considering we were told he couldn't finance a used car. The salesman pointed to a 2009 Nissan Versa hatchback and said "will you take this one?" I looked at my fiancee and asked the salesman "what happened to the 2012?" He stated that they weren't able to find a bank that would finance a new one and that a used one was our only option. Then why did we sign a promisary note? What was with the whole "a used car isn't an option"?? I got upset that we were lied to, about numerous things, and started yelling. I apologized to the salesman that I was yelling at him and his response was "it doesn't matter, whatever you're saying is going in one ear and out the other." Uh, excuse me? What happened to customer service? What happened to the customer is the customer? I felt like we were being discriminated against because our credit was less then perfect. No credit or not, at this point we were still a customer! My fiancee and salesman went back inside to run the numbers on the deal and when I calmed down I went back inside myself. We met with the finance person, Josh, and had a much more pleasant experience. He basically told us the same thing the salesman did but in a different way that didn't make us feel like the red-headed step-child. He wasn't able to get anyone from the bank to give him the okay so he said it would have to wait until the next day but let us take the car home overnight. Unfortunately, the bank wouldn't take a chance on my fiancee so we weren't able to get the car. For this dealerships sake, since its new, they should take a hard look at Brian's sales tactics and customer service skills. More
