I came in for a test drive to determine whether the trim of the vehicle I was looking at was right for me. Chris let me have plenty of time alone with the vehicle which allowed me the space to think. I encountered an issue with their sales practice. They insisted on selling a $1,000 Flex product, a supposed anti-theft device that I didn't want.
