Worst car buying experience ever! Salesman lied to us repairs that were supposed to be done weren’t done. When I made a Google rating, they acted as if all of the issues were minor, and we were blowing things out of proportion. We’ve bought many vehicles in our lives. And never had such a horrible experience. Primarily the three dealerships we’ve gone to are Griffen Ford, Hiller Ford and Porcaro. Porcaro is the only one that we feel has been deceitful untrustworthy and has no concern for customer experience. When our frustration really compounded, I went to Google and made a review completely honest. I was pressured by Griffin to remove the rating, even though our vehicle hadn’t even been taken care of yet. And when I said I would not review the rating until I had a reason to. I was basically told that they were prepared to weather the storm. SAVE YOURSELF TIME MONEY AND FRUSTRATION DO NOT GO TO Porcaro!!’ More
