The owners and managers of Porcaro Mitsubishi are focused on delivering excellent customer service and we will always do our best to resolve issues even in difficult situations. But we will never put the safety and well-being of our staff members and other customers at risk. It is very rare for us to permanently ban someone from our premises but, based on your threatening behavior and vulgar language both in the dealership and on the phone with our staff, we have decided that you are no longer welcome here. You have been warned. Please do not attempt to contact anyone at the dealership again or the authorities will be alerted. Prior to you leaving your original review (now edited several times), we tried to assist you on multiple occasions to resolve your brake noise concerns. When you arrived for your most recent appointment, you demanded a loaner vehicle, which the service staff explained must be requested in advance due to limited availability. No loaner vehicles were available. This obviously upset you and caused you to scream a barrage of personal insults at our staff, but they still tried their best to explain the situation as clearly as possible. Going back to when you purchased your vehicle, we also tried to be as transparent as possible about the inventory shortages and delayed availability due to Covid-related supply chain problems. We couldn't find you a 2022 model, and Mitsubishi made package content changes prior to delivery of the 2023 models that were completely out of our control. The vehicle wasn't equipped exactly as we expected. You weren't forced to buy the vehicle when it arrived, but you chose to do so willingly. No dealership is perfect, but we do our best to take good care of our customers and deliver the best service possible no matter the circumstances. We cannot make miracles happen just because someone like you demands it at the top of their lungs. Our reputation in the community is solid and speaks for itself. Your unacceptable behavior also speaks for itself. Best of luck in finding a dealership that is a better fit for your expectations and temperament.

You guys at that store are a joke. I’m allowed to call you idiots if you do idiotic things. I also am entitled to be as angry with your lack of transparency. My vehicle was paid for in advance and you at Porcaro are wrong for your service after the fact. I wouldn’t visit your store for anything ever. You are the worst in my opinion. I am working directly with Mitsubishi Motors at this point.
