Appalling Customer Service Save yourself the stress of dealing with this poorly run dealership and purchase elsewhere. I bought a vehicle from this dealer and it was the worst Save yourself the stress of dealing with this poorly run dealership and purchase elsewhere. I bought a vehicle from this dealer and it was the worst experience I've had in 30 years of car ownership. Information was provided inaccurately, and most of the time there was no response to calls or email seeking to resolve that: I was just ignored. When I finally got through to someone who answered the phone, the response was immediately irritated and passive/aggressive. This got even worse once the car was delivered (out of state) and I waited months (yes, really) for some key paperwork to arrive. I got the impression that perhaps their staff are under too much pressure and/or don't have the right back-office processes in place to enable them to work efficiently. Even so, if that is the case, there is no excuse for treating clients in a dismissive and unresponsive manner. Owning a Porsche is a wonderful experience, so don't taint it by starting your journey with Arlington. More
