Bad customer service. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on March 12. I paid a fee for which they were responsible transferring my tags. I keep getting the run a round from these jokers and I have had to run back and forth to the dealership for them to do their job concerning the transfer. Hector and Victor have the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I thought I would be a return customer... (NOT)!!! More

Another opportunity... another deal So, two weeks ago I purchased a 2016 911 Turbo S from this dealership (subject of a separate post). Today I was back to follow up on a 2016 Boxster Sp So, two weeks ago I purchased a 2016 911 Turbo S from this dealership (subject of a separate post). Today I was back to follow up on a 2016 Boxster Spyder... black on black, bucket seats, the soft top version of the GT4 (well almost). I have owned a GT4. It is really designed as a track car. Call me a WUS, but the Boxster Spyder, for me, is a better day to day road car. Much as I might want to hope that I might be a track guy, I am not. Nuff said. GM, Sami Elkabir and his team were on the ball as usual. Mike was my sales guy for the third time. Nice job Mike. Hector (and now Victor) handled the paperwork as efficiently as ever, Ron in service made sure the tech stuff was in order, and Sami, again, put the deal together. This all occurred automatically. No muss, no fuss. I buy a lot of cars. I deal with many dealerships. But I always seem to come back to do the Porsche deals in the DC area with Sami Elkabir. No nonsense, straight talk, fair pricing, with an engaging approach. Doesn't get much better... More

I have extensive experience with their service department and have had the ongoing pleasure of building a long term business relationship with Sammi Elkabir, the dealership's GM. On this transction I sold two and bought one. Nick was my Porsche Sales Ambassador, Hector was my finance and paperwork guy and Sammi worked out the deals. To cut to the chase, I walked away happy with the deals, and have a new grin on my face with my 2016 Turbo S. Sammi instills a no BS environment with all his folks and after personal repeat experiences it's easy to see why he is so successful. It's about a low key professional approach. He gives it to you straight and he delivers on his commitments. Unusual, in the car business, Not as common as you'd expect with Porsche dealers. And, in my opinion, quite unique among greater DC area Porsche dealers (and I've tried them all).
