Excellent Services Before we came to Porsche of Arlington, we visited other local dealer and we were greeted with arrogance. It was a major turn off! Next day we decided to visit Porsche of Arlington just to look around and maybe take a Cayman for a test drive. We were greet by Michael, a very knowlege, professional young man. First thing he offered us to take the Cayman for a test drive and explained to me the different upgrades and options of the new 2014 Cayman. After 5mins driving the car I was in love with the car. Because of Michael he made us feel comfortable and not pushy; we made a deal right then. Paul(Finance) was great too! Once I was ready to drive my new 2014 Cayman home, I noticed some minor scratches, Michael scheduled an appoinment right away to get them buff. The complete process and experience was very pleasurable and pleasant. We will difenately come back in the near future to do business with Porsche of Arlington. More

Additionally, I am an attorney and I would never do business with anyone I found to be sleazy, pushy, or in any way shady. My experience at Porsche of Arlington was nothing short of phenomenal. I worked with Nick Segedi, who is incredibly sweet and sincere, and Nishante Paul, who is the epitome of professionalism and expertise. I interacted also with Tex, who seemed genuinely interested in getting me the best deal possible. I arrived with no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, but left in a Cayenne feeling like I got the absolute best deal on the planet based on the research I did prior to setting up an appointment. Nishante gave me top dollar for my trade-in Mercedes CLS550 and also made sure I got a fantastic interest rate on the Cayenne. I am truly appreciative to have met such good people and I will absolutely work with them in the future. Thanks abound! More

They have the WORST customer service. They are completely incompetent. Do your research and go Anywhere except for there! Even if it is a temporary facility, it is still supposed to be representative of a hi incompetent. Do your research and go Anywhere except for there! Unfortunately, the car is purchased and they get credit for the sale. They are only worried about the sale and after that the follow thru is poor. I had to get temporary tags twice because they were so incompetent with transferring my tags which never happened. I had just purchased a Range Rover in Maryland only one month prior to this purchase and to compare the customer service is like night and day! They were superb at the Range Rover dealership with excellent follow thru! I would NEVER recommend them!!! My friend tried to convince me to go the Annapolis Porsche dealership where he recently purchased his vehicle and apparently the experience has been very professional and pleasant! I should have listened! More
