What an absolute joke. Porsche of Arlington takes the time to post this non-response response up. I take the time to reach out to their "care team" only to get no response at all - just like everyone else I've reached out to at this dealership. I will 100% be reporting this dealer to Porsche Cars North America because they are destroying a fantastic reputation of a legendary brand with their down atrocious treatment of customers.

Hello Adam, So sorry you felt this way leaving our Service Department. Standard diagnostic fee is $188. We also perform a multi-point inspection when the vehicle is in the shop.
