Excellent car buying experience Ron Klahr was my salesman. He was attentative without being overbearing and he was very helpful. Once I decided on the options I wanted, Ron checked other dealer's inventory to see if he could find what I wanted. I found him very fair in striking a deal. And once I decided to order the model/options I wanted, Ron was spot-on with his estimated delivery date. Delivery was very smooth and my new Cayenne was prepped beautifully when I arrived for pickup. James Lordman explained the various warranties and other coverages and was helpful in selecting those that would be most applicable to me. More

most expensive car wash ever! To check an engine light that came on cost $135.00!!!! At the auto part store it was for free and another mechanic charged $35.00. They did not do anything different! At least I got my car washed! For $135.00!!!!! Never again!!! Zac was very nice but he doesn't set the prices! I feel that was way too expensive to hook the computer up to see whats wrong! And the next day my battery was dead having me call AAA!!! Dont know what they did but I was not happy!!!!! More

Update - Disappointing post-sale service My '03 Porsche 911 C4S coupe with 40k miles developed 2 transmission leaks (repair cost $1500) and a serious muffler raffle cause by broken tailpipe ( My '03 Porsche 911 C4S coupe with 40k miles developed 2 transmission leaks (repair cost $1500) and a serious muffler raffle cause by broken tailpipe (repair cost $1000) within the first 30 days and less than 1500 miles of purchase. Despite having a 30 day drivetrain warranty, Porsche Asheville's GM and Principle both declined to assist with the $2500 cost of either breakage. Disappointing conclusion to an otherwise positive sales experience with Salesman Brent Curvin who was great to deal with. Buyers Beware!!! More
