Got my Cayenne a little over 2 months ago. Everything is great except a few minor questions on operation and performance.Went to the dealer the day before yesterday to get some answers. Did not expect that great except a few minor questions on operation and performance.Went to the dealer the day before yesterday to get some answers. Did not expect that their Service Advisor Matt Bailey would offer to drive the car with me sitting next to him to check things out. Matt was very knowledgeable and very profesional. I was very satisfied with the answers I got and they even washed the car for me afterwards. I have other cars and when I visited those other dealers, the Service Advisors their don't really know their cars and don't really treat you as friendly as Hennessy Porsche did. I am very happy that I got my car from this dealer. More

He's friendly, did not pressure me on any of the upsell items typical of the time with the "F&I Guy" at any dealership. We laughed and joked about various things - it was a good experience. I don't yet know what the service department is like, but I have exceedingly high expectations given the type of clientele they commonly work with.
