No loaner given although I drove 2 hours from out of town as service was promised for less than 2 hours. It took 4 hours and I had to just stay around. Unacceptable I have scheduled the service appointment with the COVID-19 pick up at my place; when nobody showed up, half an hour after the scheduled time and witho I have scheduled the service appointment with the COVID-19 pick up at my place; when nobody showed up, half an hour after the scheduled time and without any messages/calls, I called and I was told that the valets should pick up my car in the afternoon. Eventually, they arrived about half an hour later the second scheduled time. I was told that Tony should call me and ask about the car. That did not happen. I had no idea where my car was until the morning after as nobody contacted me, so again I had to call. I was told that the car should be ready in the afternoon (the day after the appointment) but then I received a text message if they could keep the car till the day after (3rd day) for a special lubricant to be applied. At that point, I asked for a loaner as I was without a car for two full days already and they needed another day; the loaner was denied while they offered that the car would be brought back to me and I will be contacted when the lubricant would be available to bring the car just for the quick fix. A week after I received a text about "making sure everything was going well" so I asked about the lubricant and was told that it was already applied during the service... Very confusing, I asked why there was still the same noise and nothing had changed. I was asked to send a video and after that to schedule another appointment. This time I drove my car there, got a loaner and my car was finally fixed. The second experience was just perfect but the first one was a nightmare: 7 texts, no phone calls, no car for two days and problem not solved. More
