When my car broke down and it was time for a new one, I was nervous to go to a dealership because of all of the stereotype haggling and sales before. After finding the car I felt like I wanted online, I ventured into the place with anxiety about the full process and just wanted to get it over with. This was not my experience however. Even though the process itself was a long one, Nick and all the other staff made things very easy and I didn't feel at all like I was not getting the best deal I could.
