The entire staff at the dealership were incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in. Jason and Doug are top notch guys and an absolute pleasure to work with. Nancy in the finance department was great as well, had everything ready for us and was nice as can be! They are ranked #1 in NJ and it's clearly for good reason. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was able to find it in an acceptable amount of time without the high pressure tactics and usual antics expected of "car salesmen". His demeanor and attitude has only added to the satisfaction I feel with this newest purchase. My time with Nancy in Finance offered a much different experience. She was pleasant and professional until we got to the hard sell on her part of all the "extras" Audi was offering for me to buy. I realize that so many salespeople try to up sell on warranties, maintenance agreements, etc. That means extra money for the dealer's bottom line and additional funds for the person selling such a service. After I didn't express an interest in the $999.00 offer of oil changes for the life of the warranty (recommended oil change every 10,000 miles up to 4 years or 40,000 miles =$250 per oil change!), she continued on to all the other features available. She asked why I wasn't interested numerous times and after explained I was not going to buy any of these extras, her attitude immediately changed. She couldn't get me out of her office fast enough. It was a rude and inconsiderate encounter with only her interests as top of mind. More
