I contacted Yvonne and was pleasantly surprised to find her accomodating to a long distance buyer. Many of the dealerships I contacted looking for a similar vehicle wouldn't accomodate me in terms of questions or xxxxxxabout the vehicle I was interested in. Yvonne went out of her way to do so and we made the deal over the phone. My father and I then drove from Ohio to this dealership and found them to be just as accomodating in person. The purchase was seamless and they had the car ready for us when we arrived. They insisted we test drive it to ensure the vehicle was everything we wanted and even went as far as to nake lunch recommendations and help us locate the car rental office to return our rental. We worked with Debbie and Nancy when we arrived and both were just as nice and professional as possible. There was never any pressure and we were presented options for add ons to choose from but never leveraged in any way to buy those options. I'd like to add I have purchased well over 80 vehicles in my life and that this type of service and demeanor is something the owner aboviously requires in his dealerships. You simply can't do better than to work with these folks. More
