Purchase of 2020 Q3 On 11/6/19, I stopped in at the dealer and requested a brochure for the 2020 Q3 and spoke with Richard Karas. While the brochure was only available on On 11/6/19, I stopped in at the dealer and requested a brochure for the 2020 Q3 and spoke with Richard Karas. While the brochure was only available online and not available in hard copy, he asked me what I was interested in. I told him what I was building online and said my time frame for purchase was May 2020. After I left, Richard phoned that night and told me he had located a similarly equipped car as we had discussed. He told me about the November sales incentives and a discounted amount off MSRP. I came in the following week for a test drive and due to the discounts, decided to put a deposit down and take an earlier than anticipated delivery. Richard's pleasantness, knowledge and non-pushiness all worked toward this sale that I agreed to earlier than desired. Delivery on 11/30 was great, he went over all aspects of operation and the car looks terrific- excellent prep job. Very pleased with the experience.
