Excellent in every way! I have bought and leased many cars in my life, but have never had the totally positive experience I had at Flemington Audi. It started with a call to Steve Opdyke, who was able to find me exactly the Audi I wanted, gave me the best deal of all the Audi dealerships I had visited and did it all in the most gentlemanly and way. He is a man you can trust. When I came to pick up the car, Nick Scheetz took care of the insurance and then, with utmost patience, explained every aspect of the car. Because of Nick's knowledge and careful attention to all my questions, I left feeling comfortable in the car. The last stop of the day was with Nancy Werner, the finance person. She is a pleasure and explained every detail of my lease with knowledge, but without pressure. All three employees at this dealership were exceptional, knowledgeable and kind in dealing with a person (me) who has limited knowledge of cars. It was a seamless process.. Flemington is quite far from my home, but in three years, when my Audi Q5 lease is up, I'll be back to that a wonderful dealership. More
