Terrific Dealership My son and I spent the last three months looking for a Ford Mustang in decent condition. We located one at this dealership and the process began. I had my son handle all communications with salesman Chris Scogno. Chris and my son stayed in contact with each other thoroughout the week due to the fact we could not make it up until Friday to see the vehicle. Chris assured my son that he would keep a eye on the vehicle and would inform him of any changes. We made it up to the dealership late on Friday evening and met with Chris. Upon meeting Chris he was very friendly, courteous and professional. At this time, Chris showed my son the mustang, let him test drive it and explained the interior features with him. We ended up keeping Chris and other staff members at the dealership past closing hours negotiating a deal. My son and I went up Saturday afternoon to pick up the vehicle were Chris had everything ready to go and treated my son with great professionalism and made it a terrific buying experience for him. Larry Schulman worked with me in a courteous and very professional way. He was very patient to answer all my questions and we went together to test drive the vehicle. Initially I did not find the exact car I want on the spot. Larry took lots of time to search and eventually secured a car which meets all my need and even exceeds my expectations. The price was also very reasonable. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and definitely without any pressure. Jon Budd was also very friendly and helpful in explaining all the financial details of the contract. Kudos to Larry and Jon, now I am a proud driver of a new 2019 Cayenne! We visited many dealerships including, Princeton, Bridgewater, Randolph etc. but as soon as we stepped into the Flemington Audi we were told to meet Mr. John Rachmiel. We had short listed few certified used AUDI Q5 which after checking the inventory were not available. We were a little bit disappointed but John along with Mr. Peter Costigan came up with an offer for a brand new Audi Q5. The offer was so attractive that we had absolutely no hesitation in accepting the same. All the paperwork was completed in no time. We spent less than 3 hours at the showroom from start to finish. Just wonderful friendly people and super prompt in handling documentation and whatever questions that we had regarding the car features and financing. FOR SERVICE: Due to the heavy snow in NJ lately the rear wiper of the AUDI Q5 was broken. I informed John again and he immediately arranged for an appointment the very next day. This time I came with my teenage daughter as she wanted to see cars on display. I met Mr. Chris Short at the Service Center as I had an appointment with him. Chris had the part ready and he immediately replaced it. While we were sipping coffee in the waiting area we met Mr. John Rachimiel, Mr. Peter Costigan and Mr. Dough Mathewson who stopped-by to have a chat with my daughter.
