I appreciate everything they did for us. Undoubtedly the best experience I have had at a dealership. Cory and the management there couldn't make it any easier for us. We stopped at other dealers the week before going to Flemington since we were over a 90 minute drive, but it was worth it. In hindsight I shouldn't have wasted my time going to Brooklyn or Long Island; I'll gladly take that drive back to Flemington for the level and quality of service I received there. I've never felt this way when buying a car before in my life, let alone felt motivated enough to leave a review about the experience I had at the dealership. My wife and I are out of state buyers who drove to NJ from Long Island because Flemington Audi had a specific used car I was looking for. A 2015 Audi A3 Prestige (Shiraz Red Metallic - rare color). From my first interaction over the phone with my Audi Brand Specialist (fancy title for sales person ;) Debbie Lotufo, she handled my inquiries with quickness. I asked Deb if she could email me the window sticker for the car so I could see the options the car came with. She emailed it to me right away. From there we made an appointment. When my wife and I arrived, Debbie was busy with another customer so Victor showed us the car. Victor instantly made us feel comfortable. We test drove the car, Victor answered our questions for over an hour, he was very knowledgeable about the Audi brand. I requested the car be put on the service lift so I could check it out from top to bottom. No questions asked, Victor made it happen. They gave my wife and I some time alone to discuss our options. Once we decided to buy the car we stepped out for some lunch and they told us the car would be ready when we returned. We finished the paperwork (Jon was easy to do business with), then Debbie spent some time with us pairing our phones to the car, explained the Audi MMI system to us then we were on our way home. We really love our 2015 Audi A3 Prestige (Shiraz Red). we plan to cherish it as any good car enthusiasts would!
