In a challenging time to find new vehicles and an equally challenging costing and finance environment, the entire team at VW is giving car dealerships a great name. Even if this was our first VW, we were tre challenging costing and finance environment, the entire team at VW is giving car dealerships a great name. Even if this was our first VW, we were treated like lifelong customers. Jason Haye - Sales, kept us informed of inventory and inbound stock and worked with us on a must-have list to find us the right vehicle quickly. Doug Mathewson - Sales Manager, made sure we felt valued and went above and beyond to create a low pressure and enjoyable buying experience. Lastly Chip Zawoiski - Finance, worked to find the best financing and made all the paperwork filing easy and fun. This dealership and others in the Flemington brand, are just built differently. They take care of their customers to build relationships rather than just chasing sales. More

For many years I've gone to another local Audi dealership for both sales and service, and have had less than stellar experiences, but just kept going back out of convenience. When I recently found that I nee for both sales and service, and have had less than stellar experiences, but just kept going back out of convenience. When I recently found that I needed my rear brakes replaced, rather than go to my usual dealership I decided to give Audi Flemington instead (a choice made even easier by the fact that Flemington quoted me almost $200 less for the brake work than my usual dealership quoted me), and I am so, so glad that I did! From start to finish, my experience at Flemington was just beyond wonderful. I loved that I was able to see pricing for services right on their website, so I had some idea of what to expect. When I called over to Flemington for the first time, I had the pleasure of speaking with Service Consultant Carlos D'Oleo who was very helpful, informative, and just very pleasant/kind. Carlos patiently listened to me describe my concerns with the car and my situation with the previous dealership (he even sincerely apologized multiple times for my experiences at that other dealership, even though that of course had absolutely nothing to do with him or Audi Flemington!), and he got me in for a Service appointment immediately. Even though the job wasn't going to take more than a day, Carlos secured me a loaner car (something that was never available at my previous dealership) which made getting to and from work while my car was being serviced SO much easier and more pleasant. Carlos kept in constant communication with me about what was being done on the car/what they'd found, and was extremely quick to respond if I had a question. When needing to order a part was going to require that they keep my car overnight, he immediately let me know (and assured me that I could keep the loaner, so the slight delay really had no impact on me whatsoever). Carlos was there when I came to pick up my car the next morning, and he actually had the Technician who had worked on it come out and explain something to me, which I appreciated (the technician found transport blocks still installed in my car that apparently the other dealership failed to remove upon initial receipt of the car and then never noticed - or just didn't want to bother with - at each of my subsequent service appointments there!). Carlos made sure I had all of my questions answered and was completely comfortable before leaving. I was just so impressed with the professional ownership that he took of my whole experience there from start to finish. Carlos also buffed out some paint that was on the side of my car, which I didn't even know was possible to remove (I had tried myself) and certainly wasn't expecting him - or anyone there - to do...he just truly went above and beyond at every turn to make sure I had a really great experience. I'm very much looking forward to being a long-time customer at Audi Flemington as a result of Carlos' warm welcome and excellent service! It's such a relief to have a dealership that I feel like I can actually trust, and won't dread going to! A big thank you to everyone at Audi Flemington. More
