After the pickup of my 2016 Audi, 5500miles on the odometer, I left it in the driveway awaiting my license plates...the only miles I put on my vehicle were the ride fr of my 2016 Audi, 5500miles on the odometer, I left it in the driveway awaiting my license plates...the only miles I put on my vehicle were the ride from NJ to NY. When I finally received my plates, i noticed one or 2 screws on my rear plate were stripped...not the end of the world, but an annoyance. On my way to get the vehicle inspected, I noticed my Sirius Radio not working. After I spent an hour with them on the phone, sending and resending signals, a notification popped up saying "ANTENNA A TECHNICAL PROBLEM OCCURRED...PLEASE CONTACT YOUR AUDI DEALER"...I did. What I am really not happy with is the fact I have to wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment on a car that was just picked up. I have owned 3 Lexus vehicles...anytime I required a service, they would ask me "when do you want to come in"...my choice and they always accommodated me. So far, I am not happy..I did some research, and it appears this will be a pretty big job, requiring some removal of the headliner, a new antenna, paint, etc...I guess this may be a long service requiring me to go back and forth to the dealer a few times...I will keep you all posted...not happy with Audi service at all nor the quality of the vehicle purchased. ****UPDATE**** Flemington Audi really went out of their way to make me a happy customer once again. They were kind enough to deliver a loaner, Audi A4, to my home and pick up my Audi A3. Although the repair took a while, the service manager Chris and Christina kept me informed along the way. Not only did they deliver my car back to me, the detailed it again making it look as if I just picked up a new car. Thank you once again for the terrific service. I admit I am a hard person to please, but you did so with great care. I will keep all informed of any updates...lets hope there are none! More

Negotiated OVER THE PHONE for a vehicle they had in stock, agreed to a fair price, and picked the car up a few hours later. Chris is about as easy going, and as nice a guy as you can find in the car business. Shout out to Jon Budd in finance as well. If you care to deal with straight ahead, nice guys, its worth visiting Flemington. Absolutely pleasant car buying experience. More

I wanted to see the car right away and was traveling a bit of a distance. She assured me that the car would be there when I arrived. Then I met Nick Scheetz. He led me to the car - which was everything that I'd hoped for, we took a drive and my mind was made up. Nick was a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure. His main concern was that I was happy with the car and it had everything that I was looking for. As a car enthusiast, Nick understands that when a person is purchasing a car they want it to be perfect. Settling for a car that has 'almost everything', just will not do. This was truly appreciated! I was purchasing a preowned car, and was introduced to Doug Mathewson. He had sold the car to the original owner, who cared for the car meticulously. It was a comfort to know that the car had been purchased and maintained through the same dealership. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the sale. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the car, and made the transaction extremely pleasant and continued to follow up with me afterward. I cannot say enough good things about Nick and my experience with all of the staff of Flemington Audi. I highly recommend both! Even though the dealership is over 2 hours from where I live, it was very much worth the trip to receive such professional and personal attention. I am spreading the word and will be back again.
