None were available at the dealership or anywhere in the area in the colors I wanted to purchase but, she was able to find one at the port. She set up an appointment for us to meet with Peter, the sales manager. Peter was prepared when we arrived, he had the details of the car Natasha had found. Unfortunaely, when the port was contacted, that car was already spoken for. That didn't stop Peter, he continued to look and found just what we were looking for. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Chris ended up taking over the sale and followed thru with some of the paperwork details. He answered questions about the car and took us on a test drive of a different model my husband is interested in. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Jon closed out the paperwork, explaining everything that we signed. He was very upfront about all the details. Through this whole process there was never any pressure or pushy sales tactics that some dealerships are known for. I would recommend this dealership even though it is an hour from my house (there are probably 3 that are closer.) More

From the friendly greeting from Doug Mathewson, the manager, to the helpful, low-key demeanor of salesman, Jason Haye, we had all our questions answered regarding what model might fit the description of the features we were looking for. We had just begun looking for a new car and weren't certain we wanted a VW, There was none of the typical sales pitch (I.e. "What can we do to help you walk out of here today with a new car?") - they took us at our word that we were not going to make a decision that day, and there was absolutely no pressure to do so. What a breath of fresh air! Jason had us test drive a car, explained all the bells and whistles, and even explained the services and showed us the service area. It was a great experience over all. A few days later we had made our decision and returned to buy a Passat. Corey Evans handled the financial part of the transaction, explaining everything clearly, and making the procedure easy.
