I contacted the these folks first through the internet. Victor Belisle (Internet Sales) promptly responded and we set up an appointment that afternoon. Victor was an S3 owner and worked hand-in-hand with John Rachmiel my Salesman to explain the car, features and advantages of the S3 over the 2017 AMG C43. He did so well that after our test drive my wife and I sat down with John and hammered out a deal. There was no pressure, sales-hype, just honest negotiating. They we very flexible and I was quite surprised with the numbers they came back with on Sale price and trade in allowance. I have access to the MMR so I know how well they compare against true wholesale value. There was no way I could walk out the door without making a deal that how good these guy were. Thanks so much guys and Jon Bud new we were under time constraints and worked magic to deliver the car at the time I desired. I will be back next month for my Wife's Beetle! You can count on it. The best auto buying experience ever! I went to this dealership to take a look at a used vehicle that was advertised online. On arrival, I was greeted warmly by a receptionist and then imm I went to this dealership to take a look at a used vehicle that was advertised online. On arrival, I was greeted warmly by a receptionist and then immediately met with sales manager Doug Mathewson and sales associate John Rachmiel. I am generally skeptical of car salesman, but to my surprise John was for lack of a better term, a "great dude". There's was no sales pitch, no high pressure sales tactics, just two guys going over the features of the car and a test drive that involved talking life family and just about everything else except the car. I purchased the car that day and my decision to immediately purchase the vehicle was partially based on the car itself, but a large part of my decision was based on my interaction with the staff at this location which was tremendous. Lastly, I would like to thank the receptionist there, whose name I missed, who gave me tips on how to more effectively use my Franklin-Covey day planner, tips that were of great value that I immediately started using! This receptionist, who I count as part of my positive experience at this dealership, deserves 5 stars as well. More

However, we were disappointed by Mr. Jon Budd, the business manager, who was not very friendly, and he was rude to Mr. Neall about our paper work transaction. We observed his behavior, and we confronted him with this, by observing this behavior, we were ready to take our money to another dealer. Because of Ron's professionalism, we did decide to purchase the car. To us, it seems like Mr. Budd needs some instruction on good business and good social behavior (especially with his co-workers).
