Check your car before taking delivery You can see from the other reviews that this dealership does care about giving good service. They seem to do well when all goes smoothly, however I found that they fall apart when there are bumps in the road. I bought a brand new 2017 Audi A4. At delivery I noticed some scratches in the paint. I was told they could be fixed no problem and I proceeded with delivery. On the ride home I felt a noticeable shimmy in the car and called the dealer. They said they would look at that when I came back to fix the scratches. Two days later I saw that there was damage to the front bumper, and upon calling the dealer was told the same. I unfortunately had to push to get an appointment to come back in for the fixes - they were not proactive in setting a follow up. I brought the car in and they had it for a week and a half. All four tires needed to be replaced as they had flat spots (apparently a bad batch) and new parts were needed for the bumper. When I came back to pick up my car, the body work was unacceptable. To remove the scratches they had wet sanded the paint deeply so the brown primer was showing. The bumper had very visible swirl marks where that was sanded. Frankly, they should have caught this before calling me back. They kept the car another two weeks. When I came to finally get my car back, almost unbelievably there were still scratches in the area that was repainted. Apparently the repainting of the bumper didn't go well and it was fully replaced. Again, this should have been caught and fixed before calling me for the pick up. When I returned a few days later, the scratch there were swirl marks. Rather than take the car back again (as things kept getting worse rather than better), I took care of the swirl marks on my own. In the end, I have a new car that still has some visible scratches. This also took the fun out of a new car buying experience. That said, they made an effort to get it right and made a car payment to cover the month that they had the car in their shop. I recommend two things to potential customers of this dealership: 1) Do not use Flemington for any body work. They outsource this work and based on my experience it is not unfair to call their vendors incompetent. 2) Fully check your new car before taking delivery. If you find any issues, refuse that vehicle and insist on a different car. More

No pressure during the sales process. Worked with me to explain all the options and fine tune the order just the way I wanted the car. Steve and Rich kept me updated on the status of the car build and timing for delivery. At delivery Rich took his time to go through the car with me in detail and answered all of my questions. Corey made the paperwork go smooth and clearly explained everything. This is my second purchase from Flemington Porsche. I would highly recommend Flemington Porsche and would definitely purchase from Rich and Steve again in the future. More
