Awesome People. Awesome refined vehicles. This is my second purchase from this dealership in the last 2 years and I absolutely will return for my next - as will my 4 growing adult children. These folks are all about a great customer experience - which is also my business background. This is not the usual car buying experience - which I despise. Its about making sure that you feel comfortable - and the vehicle - and the price - are a good fit. There is not the usual clandestine "deal in the back" with the sales manager game. In fact Doug met with me several times - including several times at time of delivery. John R my sales consultant / customer experience manager is a really great and genuine guy to deal with. And Jon B in Finance was terrific - he presents the optional services - but when you decline he remains respectful, friendly and helpful. Normally my car buying experiences have been an almost all day 'negotiation'- where I walk out 2-3 times before getting to a reasonable place. At Flemington VW it is just the opposite. Of course this site is about dealer reviews - but lets not forget the product - namely the vehicles. VW is an awesome car for the money. Check them out - take a test drive. Its a highly refined, safe car for the money. Do your homework before you go in on price. Know your walk away point. But my experience and my expectation is that you won't get to that point as these great people are ready to work with you. Personally I would ask for all 3 - as I have reviewed below.
