Excellent from start to finish I contacted the dealership after reading the Car and Driver reviews of the Cayenne and. Macan. I made an appointment to test drive both models with Richard, who was my sales person. He is very knowledgeable about fine European cars as was evident quickly. He is a consummate professional who listened to what I was looking for in a car, how I drove and what type of driving I do. He had everything organized and ready to go so that my time well used. My husband also test drove the car. We asked Richard to quotes us on several available Cayenne and then purchased one. When I got there to pick up the car, he spent a good deal of time taking me through the car features and making recommendations that were excellent. From start to finish, he was wonderful to work with: strong communication skills, excellent organization skills, exceptional product knowledge, and great customer focus. He is low key, warm, accommodating, and loves his product. I also did all the paperwork with Corey, who was extremely organized and efficient. He explained everything clearly and had all of the documentation prepared. He was terrific to work with. I am really happy with the car and highly recommend working with Richard and Corey. More

He's a fantastic numbers guy...you don't have to shop around. Because he loves his work it makes for an exciting experience during that first test drive. From that point on, the rest is easy because Richard is on top of his game. Excellent communicator and extremely intelligent.
