I had dealt with these same individuals when I recently leased a 2016 S5 Cabriolet and had the same experience which is obviously why I returned. The process was effortless and seamless with no anxiety. The price was great with no need to negotiate compared to other dealers. Each one of these individuals demonstrated incredible knowledge in their respective areas. Madison delivered the car and was extremely helpful in familiarizing me with a car that had significantly more technological advances. Her knowledge of these vehicles is superior to any other dealer that I have encountered and her interpersonal skills are exceptional. Jon made the financial aspect simple and a non-event. Ultimately, I need to extend praise to Steve Kalafer who has created this environment where you are treated like a family member and not a customer. I know it was not easy to find, as another Audi dealer simply said the car could not be had unless I ordered it from the factory...and they wanted $1500 more for it! Having purchased many cars in the past, I was dreading having to go through "the process" again, but Ron made it as pleasant as could be expected. The one issue I had was that my tires were improperly inflated when I took deliver. I emailed Ron and he responded quickly by informing the service people immediately. More

We considered several vehicles from many dealerships but the ability of the sales staff to identify the specific features and value proposition of the Tiguan easily steered us to purchase from them. Sue De Pasque's enthusiasm and guidance during the test drives (we all took it out for a spin) coupled with her explanation of the car's key features helped us narrow our search. Doug Mathewson listened to our buying criteria and brought the deal within the price range that we were looking for. He and Sue were also instrumental in locating the exact color, inside and out, that we wanted. After we agreed to the Tiguan, Jon Budd was meticulous in his explanation of all the specifics associated with the lease and brought forth other financial considerations which will give us and our teenagers peace of mind.
