While he did not apply pressure, he diligently followed-up with detailed analyses of customized purchase options well past closing time. His commitment and accommodations enabled me to drive away in a dream 911 within 24 hours of my initial visit. Both he and Jon Budd were highly motivated to expedite the paperwork and vehicle preparations. On short notice they were also able to arrange services on my wife's Macan (purchased new elsewhere), being extremely mindful of our time. Richard made recommendations and applied settings on both vehicles tailored to our preferences. This experience positively exceeded our expectations! More
