My sales rep, Debbie, was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to help me get what I wanted, not what the dealer wanted to push. In my case, there was not a car in the current inventory with the color and equipment combination that I was looking for so we both starting searching the net to find it. When my fiance found it at a dealer in North Carolina, we all worked together to secure the vehicle and arrange for it to be shipped to NJ. Within 10 days, the car I wanted, with all of the options I was looking for, in the exact color combination I wanted, was ready for delivery and I picked it up and drove off the lot a very happy customer. Debbie and the team at Flemington Audi were partners with us from the initial search through the final delivery and I couldn't be more pleased. Let's face it, cars today are not cheap so you should get what you want and leave that showroom feeling like you were treated with the respect you deserve for spending your hard-earned dollars with them. My first stop was Flemington, test drive was great and after I spent about half an hour negotiating with Sue, we had a price but I wasn't quite sure so decided to drive around to two local competing dealerships. Big Mistake. The other local dealers (who I will not name but you can venture a guess, their ratings on dealer rater are commensurate with what I experienced) and they tried every single one of the old tired tactics. To make this long story short, I ended up the next day back where I started and I wish I had never left. I ended up with a better deal, a better experience, and can honestly say I look forward to buying my next car from Sue and the folks at Flemington. More

Most of the process was over the phone, except for the pick-up. She couldn't have been more on top of everything. She stayed late to accommodate my schedule, since I traveled from NYC after work to pick up my car. The entire team, from the management to Debbie to finance was more like a hospitality company than a car dealership. In fact, I work in the travel industry, and I can tell you, I have rarely come across even a hotel staff as hospitable as the team at Flemington. Everyone showed genuine appreciation for my business. I just wish I lived closer, so it would be convenient to get all service done at Flemington. As long as I'm driving an Audi, Porsche, or VW, Flemington will be my go-to dealer. More
