Now, you find knowledgable guys about cars in every dealership but what's most rare is the humility and an urge to come to customer's level and assist from there. Rich wasn't pushy and tried to assist us all of our stupid questions :). We discussed our needs, Rich gave us the options we had, we finalized one Porsche, test drove it immediately. It was snowing heavy and we fortunately could test this brand spanking new Porsche Cayenne (we were the first to drive it) in the snow and were awestruck how well it drove and handled in snow. Next was finalizing the numbers and Eddy chipped in who was equally amicable. They gave us the best they could, even though I hoped they could come a little bit more down :-). We were then sent to Cory who just have a very non-financial face that you feel that this guy won't fleece you off. He gave us very honest opinions and we genuinely felt we were being treated in a nice way. It's been four days and man, we love this car. P.S. (Eddy gave us a complimentary mats and keychain) More
