Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend to anyone! This is the 5th car dealership that I had visited during this microchip shortage time and I ended up buying a car here af Highly recommend to anyone! This is the 5th car dealership that I had visited during this microchip shortage time and I ended up buying a car here after only 20 minutes talk with Debbie(the best sale person that I ever met). As you may know, because current market it is the seller’s market, a lot of car dealerships are taking advantage of it and asking for market adjustment for about couple thousand dollars and will force you to purchase unnecessary packages (another couple thousand dollars). But, this Flemington car dealership is very honest and don’t play game with you. Debbie will only offer what you need and she is extremely patient to answer every question that you may have and willing to go the extra miles to make things possible if she could. Her manager, Doug, was super friendly and helpful as well, why? because before I met them, you have no idea how awful (game playing) to deal with those car dealership managers. They pretend to help you and get you the best offer by only saying without acting…. But Doug will turn his words to action and you see your number is going down. The other managers I met, they will tell you how difficult the current market to get car from manufactures and they will tell you the other dealership will charge you 5000 dollar for maket markup price but they are only doing 3000, or they would come back and forth to you and telling you how much they want to sell you the car but they couldn’t lower the price…… You won’t want to believe how awful I went through all those BS..so I became skeptic when car dealership starts to talk about numbers. but by the moment I sat down, Debbie and Doug told me that they know other car dealership may charge market adjustment but they are not doing it and I ended up buying my car at the msrp price! I am super grateful that I was able to visit this car dealership. For financing, Bryann was so efficient and professional too. The entire finance process only took 15 minutes. As you may know that the interest rate was recently increased and I got my pre-approval before the rate was increased. So I sat down with Bryann and she was patiently explained to me that it is unlikely she could match the rate I have but she advised I could call the bank and see if they could do it. Because I arrived the dealership late and I was thinking it is too troublesome to hold those people here, so I said no need, I will just take what you had offered. So I signed all the papers and was ready to leave. 10 minutes later, Bryann rushed to me (outside the car dealership) and she told me that she was able to call the bank and match the rate that I previously pre-approved!!! That is 1.51% reduction!! And she asked me to come in and resign the contract! I was like, OMG! people who work in this car dealership are so awesome! They are really caring their customers and putting their customers’ interest above themself and willing to go the extra miles to make their customers happy and satisfied with the purchase. I just love them so much and highly recommend this car dealership to anyone!! More
