Great Dealership My husband and I just purchased an Audi Q5 SUV at Flemington Audi and it was a very pleasant and easy experience due to our salesperson Madison Kirchn My husband and I just purchased an Audi Q5 SUV at Flemington Audi and it was a very pleasant and easy experience due to our salesperson Madison Kirchner who was probably the best car salesperson I have dealt with. She was very friendly, professional and courteous. She never put any pressure on us to buy at any time which was greatly appreciated as was her honesty. We first made a visit to the dealership to see the Q5. in person having liked it after seeing it online. Madison was our salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's many features. After going for a test drive we went home to think it over and decided to buy. The following Saturday we returned and sat down with Madison. She helped us decide which model was best suited to our needs and never pressured us to buy more features which we did not need. She went online to find the model with the features we decided on and she had the car at the dealership in a week. When picking the vehicle up she went over every feature with us and answered all of our questions. When I told her I was unsure if I would ever master the navigational system and menu driven features she reassured me and told me she would give me personal lessons on how to drive it. You can't ask for more than that. In a word she was great and I would highly recommend her to anyone including friends and family. Flemington Audi is very lucky to have her represent them. In fact everyone from the sales manager Doug Matthewson to Jon Budd who handled the financing were extremely friendly. professional and courteous and they all contributed to make this an excellent car buying experience. Daughter's first car - Flemington Audi was excellent again After an exhaustive search for a used car for my daughter, and visiting numerous car dealers across NJ and PA, I landed once again at Flemington Audi. After an exhaustive search for a used car for my daughter, and visiting numerous car dealers across NJ and PA, I landed once again at Flemington Audi. This is my 3rd car purchase at Flemington Audi and specifically with Ron Neall. As with past purchases, Ron was very knowledgeable every step of the way and treated this used car purchase no different than if he were selling an R8. Very low pressure and looking to sell me a car I'm comfortable with. Any new car I would buy from Ron without hesitation. A used car had me shopping around for the nicest car I can find for a good price. I visited new and used car lots alike. Amazing the tactics dealers still use to make a sale these days - not at Flemington Audi. They had a used A4 that was so impeccable, my wife was considering taking it for herself! Ron worked with his management to land on a deal. Set up delivery right on time for my daughter's birthday. And delivered the car as promised to my daughter on her special day with her keys in a red Audi box and treating her as special as though she were part of their own family. Jon Budd took care of the payment in his typical thorough fashion. My daughter and I left as satisfied as possible.
