I told him what I was looking for and he gently steered me away from that car (a Golf TDI) to a car that would be much more suitable to my needs (a Jetta TDI, which I ultimately bought from him and LOVE!) I found him to be informative, friendly, low-pressure, and helpful throughout, and I felt that he did a very good read on me and my needs. He was also very easy to deal with in the negotiations, and I found him to be up-front and cooperative throughout the whole process. I've frankly never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. I also did the final paperwork with John Budd, and he was very nice, clear, and lovely to deal with. Based on my experience with the staff, I have signed up to service my car there, even though I have avoided using dealerships for service for many years. More
