Because I live a significant distance from the dealership, he delivered my car to my driveway in perfect condition and spent a lot of time with me reviewing the use of the myriad of features of my Audi. Afterwards, he told me that I could call him at any time if I had any additional questions or concerns. And I know he meant it! Jon Budd made a complicated financial transaction easy to follow. He also thoroughly explained the additional purchase options (warranties, protective films and coatings etc). When I had additional questions about the latter, he promptly provided me the answers. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. I have bought many cars over the years (of different brands and from different dealerships) and I find him to be the best and most professional of all other Finance specialists I have met in those other dealerships. We had an idea of the car we wanted and David answered all of our questions and provided any further information we were seeking. After test driving the new GTI Autobahn, we were sold and decided at that time to move forward with the purchase. It was determined the car i wanted needed to be ordered and the paperwork was filled out and transaction completed. We were told the car would arrive on or about January 12. This was about a week and a half before Christmas. I called David on January 10, to see where in the process we were and the car was being rolled off the truck. We arranged to pick it up on January 12 and did. David again reviewed the car and its functions with me and suggested I come back the next week again if I needed any updates or reviews. So far, so great! David called at the end of last week to see how things were going and again invited me to return if necessary with futher questions. Over all, we were very pleased with our experience. One thing I might suggest is a follow up call in between an order and pickup just to let the customer know where things stand and confirm information etx. We worked with Corey Evans to complete the sale. He too, was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend your dealership. More

He wasn’t pushy at all neither was Sue. Most importantly I bought a manual shift 2014 Jetta TDI on Saturday and due to the circumstance had to return the car for an automatic. To my surprise the let me return the car completely and voided the last transaction. So I ended up buying a 2015 Jetta Tdi instead. I was very happy and grateful the let me return the vatical and they were quite understanding!!! I know I’ll have to buy another car soon, so I know where I’ll be going next time! Although I loved the originally car I purchased and driving a stick shift, I do really LOVE MY NEW JETTA TDI!!!! Thanks to Flemington VW for being so understanding ! More
