Within 6 days of first visiting the showroom and taking our first test drive, we were signing the papers and driving away in our new 2015 Audi Q7. But I can say that I was treated like a welcome customer right off the bat. I purchased my first BMW from their dealership family. A few years later, I bought another car from them, and because of the way they do business, I actually have felt 'loyal' to them! (which is rare nowadays!) My experience with this recent vehicle purchase was also great. The Team of Steve Opdyke (general manager) and Rich Karas (Sales specialist) was excellent. They actually arranged for the manufacturer to get a car from michigan for me to test drive! WOW. They put in a lot of work to make me feel comfortable and valued. The other nice thing is that they have a very strong sense of honesty. Another rare thing today! They fairly appraised my trade-in and gave me a discounted price on the new car. Just a great bunch of people. I'll be sticking with them for my future purchases! More
