Prior to moving overseas for 18 months, I got rid of my Nissan Murano (which I got at Flemington) knowing that when I moved back to the states I would be needing a new car. While living overseas, I have fell in love with German engineering and knew that I wanted an Audi Q7. I recently came back to the States for the holidays and knew that this trip was when I would be looking for a new car. We knew that we needed to leave the dealership with a car so ordering and waiting was not an option since we have been a one car household for long enough. We started off at an Audi dealership in South Jersey close to our house. Unfortunately, that was not an enjoyable experience and the fact that they had no inventory did not get us closer to our goal. While sitting in our car at the dealership we called another Audi dealership and they too did not have any inventory. We called a dealership in North Jersey and they had one Q7 on the lot which was black. We then called Flemington and that's when we made our first contact with Irina. At that point, she told us that there was one Q7 which was white on the lot as well. At this point, I had to decide which car I wanted. I decided to go with Flemington because of the white car which had an espresso interior. I then called Irina back and told her that my husband and I would be there in about an hour. Irina stated that she would have the car pulled up front for us to view. When we arrived to Flemington, Irina was true to her word, the car was up front ready for us to look at. When we walked into the dealership, Irina was at the door and greeted us with a warm smile and firm hand shake. We were ready to just sit and start the paperwork but we figured we should at least look at the car we were going to buy. After a few minutes outside, Irina took us back to her desk and we started with the paperwork. To add to the fact that we wanted to drive off the lot that evening, we only had a few hours to seal the deal because we had dinner reservations. Irina assured us that this would not be a problem. While we waited at her desk for her to come back with the numbers, I happened to pick up a black book that had previous reviews of Irina and the Flemington Team. I started to read through all the reviews and thought to myself there is not one negative review, perhaps they just left those out of the book, how could someone be that great? Well, let me tell you, she is great and I would agree with all of those other customers reviews. After we finalized the deal, we had some time left before our dinner reservation for Irina to show us some of the features of the car in more detail. Since time was limited she said that if I came back to the dealership, she would be more than happy to sit with me to go through the features again. Thanks to Irina, my husband and I were able to accomplish our goal of leaving the dealership with a car and even making our dinner reservations. The customer service did not end when we left the lot, I received numerous emails from Irina checking in and thanking us for our business. In addition, I received a birthday and holiday card and was thoroughly impressed with the continued interaction. More

Before I even walked in the door, I was greeted by Larry Schulman and directed to the Audi Showroom. He took a lot of time to show me all the "bells and whistles" in detail during our test drive. His enthusiasm about the car made me confident it was the right choice. When I came back to get the car, he patiently walked me through the operational genius of the car, helping me set up the bluetooth, radio ,wifi, ect. He let me know that I could call him anytime if I need help with anything in the future. He made it all seem so easy for me!
