I was not happy with my simple oil change at Flemington VW yesterday. When making the appointment on the telephone, I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I informed them that I would wait, and therefore VW yesterday. When making the appointment on the telephone, I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I informed them that I would wait, and therefore I would like the earliest appointment possible, so I could get to work. Upon arrival for my APPOINTMENT, I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I was offered a car wash that is included for free in the oil change. I agreed, and was told this would take an hour ten minutes. After waiting an HOUR and FORTY minutes, I went to check in with Ben. I complained about the wait, and he said he was busy dealing with warranty issues, and barely apologized. At the very least, he should have come to check in with me at the hour mark to let me know what the status of my car was. By the way, I never got the car wash. Oh, and to top things off, this morning, my check engine light is on. I am sure they will tell me it was a pre-existing problem, but my light certainly wasn't on when I got there. I know this was just an oil change, but it's also not my first bad experience with the service department. My car is older with a lot of miles; I am sure I will be needing repairs soon. I certainly won't be taking my business to Flemington VW. "No problem." More

They did not have the Passat that I wanted in their inventory but Debbie was upfront with me abo dealer made my car buying experience very pleasant.
