Bought a brand new Audi A4 at Flemington, last week of December 2012. The new car broke down after 4 weeks. I got in touch with the salesman who sold me the car, Laurence Schulman and told him that my bra December 2012. The new car broke down after 4 weeks. I got in touch with the salesman who sold me the car, Laurence Schulman and told him that my brand new vehicle had an electrical failure. He agreed to assist me in any way possible. Had the brand new car towed into to a service center and the car was returned back to me with the problem fixed. 2 days later however, the exact same electrical failure happened again. This time, I was driving the car. Had the car towed in again and tried to get in touch with Mr. Schulman. I left several voicemail messages and e-mails but did not receive any communication back from him. I had also been in contact with Audi Of America (Corporate) during this whole time and long story short, AoA decided to buy the Lemon car back and put me into a different vehicle. During this whole ordeal, Flemington was just a big blur and I was assisted in the service of the Lemon and purchase of the new vehicle by another Audi Dealership, Bell Audi. Take away from this, I would recommend Bell Audi over Flemington any day of the week. More

We went in comparing "SUVs" from a number of dealers (Mercedes, BMW) and based on our needs she shared other great solutions and options and we ended up buying an A7 seda "SUVs" from a number of dealers (Mercedes, BMW) and based on our needs she shared other great solutions and options and we ended up buying an A7 sedan which was very unique and fit very well with our evolving requirements and needs. The customer service was also outstanding as we had to postpone pick up for 2 weeks based on a family illness and even though Debbie had a scheduled vacation she encouraged us to pick it up at the best time for us, even though she was going to be away. In order to cover our schedule Tony Santangelo worked with us during pick up and went over every detail on the car and offered for us to return if we had further questions. Also Jon Budd did a great job at simplifying options for extended coverage and he took the extra time while we were there to shop for a better interest rate (which he found) than the one that had been designated in the contract. I greatly appreciated his help, his follow through, and his courtesy as he oversaw the paperwork without my presence needed allowing me to get other work done without having to be "stuck" in the showroom while the dealership organized all they needed to do to close the sale. Corey Evans was my financial guy and he explained everything I needed to a degree where even my 14 year old son sitting there understood what I was signing. Like Bob he showed me my options. He worked the best prices for me and for the company. He was very friendly and non-pushy when it came to the upgrades. This is why I like Flemington.
