This was the seventh new car that I have purchased and it was by far the best experience. I originally contacted Flemington VW via the internet and received a very quick response from Internet Manager Ren Br was by far the best experience. I originally contacted Flemington VW via the internet and received a very quick response from Internet Manager Ren Brewster (within an hour, and it was after the dealership was closed for the day!) who arranged for me to come in for a test drive at my convenience. After driving the car I was able to confirm that it was indeed exactly what I was looking for and I arranged to come in and speak with Paul Marion from Sales. Paul was great – no pressure at all, had prompt answers to all of my questions, and he presented me with a quote that was much better than I expected based on what I had read from other purchasers of the same model via various VW forums on the internet. I accepted the offer and in the course of waiting for the formal proposal to be written up I mentioned the company that I work for to Paul. Paul informed me that my company has a special discount arrangement with VW that I qualified for, was totally unaware of, and was better than the original discount they offered me. Paul didn’t have to mention that to me, but when he returned with the formal proposal from Manager Doug Mathewson, the final quote I ended up with was pretty close to invoice. I was totally floored by this display of honesty and integrity. I’d also like to give a shout-out to Corey Evans from Finance. He explained all of the warranty information to me in detail and worked with me to get the best interest rate possible for the part of my purchase that I financed.
