Jason took me on a nice long test drive to really get a feel for the Touareg and spent a lot of time going over the features of the suv. Since I came in to explore my options, Jason worked with the used car team to give me a good trade in price for my Pilot and really came thru with a fantastic price on the NEW Touareg. Once John got back from his trip, he handled most of the paperwork with my car purchase. During each handoff, each dealer was familiar with where i was in the process and what I was looking for in a car purchase. Each dealer was very friendly and very helpful. I flew up from NC to pick up the car and they picked me up from the airport and had the car ready to go. I did most of the paperwork in NC so I only had to sign a few additional papers once I arrived. The entire experience was more than I could have ever hoped for. There were a few issues activating my trial subscription (because it is a used car) but John took care of those issues quickly. More

After a trip down to PA, and the day dwindling, on a whim I did a quick mobile search and found an Acura 3.0 CL at Flemington Audi. We were looking for a Honda or Acura Coupe. I picked up the phone while we were driving and spoke with Debbie Lotufo in sales. Debbie was familiar with the car but offered to go outside and provide a visual inspection for me. I told Debbie I could be there in 10 minutes and she said she would be happy to show us the car. Debbie had the keys available when we arrived and took us on a test drive. The vehicle was in very good condition, low miles and drove beautifully except for some spongy front brakes. We left concerned that the vehicle might need an expensive brake job and there was not a lot of room in the price. But we returned in 10 minutes and spoke with Rob Barcellona, Pre-owned Sales Manager. I explained that the price was fair, but I was worried about the cost of new brakes. Rob assured me that he would have the service dept. check the brakes and install new brake pads if needed, as he did not want to sell me a car that was not safe. I then dropped the bomb that I needed to leave with the vehicle TODAY for my son's birthday that evening. This was late on Saturday and they were backed up with getting cars out the door before closing. That's when Debbie and Rob went to work, getting the vehicle expedited through prep, handling contracts and paperwork and by dinner time we were home with the car and able to present the gift to our son. We bought this vehicle in two hours, start to finish! A couple of days later my son drove his car in for a service appt. to check the brakes. Even though the "dealer owed" paperwork specified "front brake pads only". I was delighted when my son returned home with a complete front brake job including brand new rotors. I had fully expected I would receive a call from the Service dept. detailing the additional work and costs required beyond the pads, but instead my son returned home with a No-Charge invoice and an perfectly braking vehicle. These people keep their commitments, and go beyond. I would recommend Debbie and Rob to anyone looking to buy a new car, this was a great experience and they will exceed your expectations.
