I am from Ohio and was searching for an Audi A4 3.2. I found what I was looking for through AutoTrader.com at Flemington Audi. When I contacted the dealership, I worked with John Rachmiel. Since this was my first time buying a car, I was of course quite nervous going into it. I had done a lot of research online to figure out exactly what car was right for me, and I had my eye on the Jett course quite nervous going into it. I had done a lot of research online to figure out exactly what car was right for me, and I had my eye on the Jetta from the beginning. On my first visit to Flemington VW, I had the intention of just test driving the Jetta so that I would have time to really think about my decision after I could confirm that I liked the car. I told myself I wouldn't even bring my trade-in, so that I could eliminate any pressure from pesky salesmen I might encounter. Well, I didn't run into any of those at Flemington VW. I felt absolutely no pressure being in the showroom. Dan Keane introduced himself to me but left us alone long enough for us to browse comfortably. When we were ready, he took us out to test drive the VW. During the entire process, Dan was very easy to deal with and talk to. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and he was very open and honest when it came to discussing my trade-in and pricing. Dan let us know that he was new to selling VWs and while he may not have known every detail about the car, he more than made up for it in other areas. I wanted a very specific model of Jetta and he went very far to track it down for me in a completely reasonable amount of time. They eventually had to go all the way to Maryland to find it, and I had my car about a week after I went in initially. I also felt extremely comfortable discussing the financing aspects with Corey Evans. He explained all of the extras and fees very well and in depth. I truly appreciated that. This is the fifth Audi that I have purchased since the 1980's. I have also bought Porche, Mercedes and BMW. Without a doubt, this was the simplest and fastest purchase I have ever made. When I first walked into Flemington, I was announced as a "client" not a customer, or "someone is here for you". Appearances are also very important to me. The atmosphere is extremely professional as is every person I dealt with. My trade in had some errors on the CARFAX report, and Debbie was the one who pointed out to me that it would help with me with the trade in value if I could have it updated properly. I have a Audi dealer virtualy accross the street from my office, but I choose to drive 35 minutes to make my deal at Flemington. Even before I picked up my car, I was already recommending Debbie and Felmington Audi, and wil continue to do so. Thanks Debbie for taking car of me so well. More
