Working with Tony Santangelo has been absolutely fantastic, I especially like the fact that he was able to make all decisions on his own without running to a manager every 3 minutes as happens on most other dealerships in my experience. Upon entering the dealer showroom, Debbie stepped right in and helped me out. I already knew whatt I wanted,but was making a final decision. There's no surprise that the Flemington VW dealership is rated #1 and the two gentleman that I worked with, Ron Neall & Doug Matthews, made the onerous task of car shopping a surprisingly pleasant experienc rated #1 and the two gentleman that I worked with, Ron Neall & Doug Matthews, made the onerous task of car shopping a surprisingly pleasant experience. I did extensive research on pricing of the car I wanted, the VW cc Lux Plus, and received the best deal with none of the haggling or back and forth drama, usually experienced at most dealerships. Ron found the car I wanted and did everything to aquire my vehicle within my time constraints. Not even my Dad would have been more patient when familiarizing me with all the new bells and whistles on my new car and I left feeling knowledgeable and in control. I just hope these two men will still be at Flemington VW when it's time to do it all again. More
