When I met Debbie Lotufo she not only gave me the trust that i was looking for but also greta service. She followed up all the time when I needed her due to my change in residence, insurance and drivers license. I would rate her as a SOLID 10 and will be back with her any time. At the same time I felt very comfortable with her management since they were friendly and at the same time they were working with me around the best deal that i could get with the budget that I had. At the end we came to a great deal for both sides. Also the experience with Jon Budd in finance was very good, at the signing of the contracts for the leases he was very clear explaining all the options that we had and questions. He also presented additional options for coverage and never pressure the sale but guide us for the best option for our needs. The overall experience was great Debbie and Jon even told me that if I can not go to pick up the plates fo both of my cars that they will send them to my house sine they understand that we are very busy with the relocation and the new job assignment. I went there to buy a car for my son who is in Afghanistan. He had been looking for a wrx and they had one. When I called about it John said he would have it all ready for me.
