I was up late, searching the internet for a much sought after Audi Q5, when I found just what I was looking for. I emailed my information request at 1:30 AM and got a response by John at 6:30 AM. I spoke with John many times throughout the day; he kept me up to date about the Q5, as other people had been looking at it throughout the day. I had one that I planned on purchasing at another dealership sold to someone else as I was 5 minutes away. I surely didn't want to go through that disappointment again. John was very informed about the car and answered all my questions. The only thing that could have been better was the bank being open (it was 8 PM by the time we were ready to make the deal) and me being able to take it home that night! Nonetheless, I was thrilled the next morning to come and pick it up (with a great financing rate, thanks to Corey Evans), and show it off! The price I paid was extremely competitive and the amount I got for my trade was very fair. I received everything promised to me with no problems. My new Audi Q5 was waiting for me outside when I got there looking absolutely perfect. It was worth the wait (To get the "perfect car, I had to order it - they even made this easy - and even though they said it would take 12 weeks, it was more like 10-1/2 weeks. Well worth it!). Jon Budd exhibited a "can do" attitude right from the start when I contacted him regarding a new Q5. The specific model I wanted was in VERY short supply and no other dealer offered to help me from the start when I contacted him regarding a new Q5.
