My experience with sales was that the staff was disorganized and not very customer oriented through the process. This was especially true with Josh as there were mistakes and miscommunications thro disorganized and not very customer oriented through the process. This was especially true with Josh as there were mistakes and miscommunications throughout the process. Starting with my having to remind him at every turn what the terms we had already agreed on were. Once is salemanship, twice is annoying and three times is bordering on deceptive and deceitful. Had this been a new car deal or if the market inventory conditions were different I would have been at Paul Miller or Bridgewater without hesitation. Josh should be thankful for Covid shortages. Chip was pleasant and accommodating but we had to keep manually documenting parts of the deal - especially the hitch inclusion. How do you leave an up-charge item totally it of the documentation? He added it without hesitation but had to be asked. Not sure if this was his or Josh’s doing but it was an integral part of what I needed and that should have been easier. My experience continued after purchase with a filthy loaner while my hitch was being installed. It was obvious that sales was taking point here as service had no idea what I was talking about when I called to schedule. A few paper towels and some windex would have made all the difference in the world. Maybe Josh needs sone seasoning down the street at Kia. I will not work with him again and regret not sticking with Troy 100%. More
