Pete Costigan, the sales manager, is available as-needed through the process. Jon Budd, the finance manager, is super passionate about cars and does a great job of walking you through paperwork which could otherwise be a lengthy or daunting process. And Carlos D'Oleo, our service advisor, clearly puts customer service first and is incredibly knowledgeable about the service process to clearly explain everything you need to know. Carlos even came by Debbie's desk during a recent visit to congratulate me on my new car, even though he's not part of the "sales process" at all... Just a really nice touch of personal service. Lastly, it's nice to work with a family-owned business with ownership that is involved in the community and clearly puts an emphasis on quality people. As a car enthusiast who has found that I typically know and care more about the cars I'm looking at than associates at other dealers, it's great to get my cars from a place that is as passionate as I am.
