Sharon was fantastic to deal with. Very friendly and upfront about everything. We were interested in 2 different used high end SUV's and she was happy to let us test drive both so we could decide. Once we decided there was no pressure to add this or that, just offered and was happy if you said yes or no. I personally like the sport of haggling about the price but this is a no haggle dealership and the prices was one of the best I found anyway. Turns out the car we decided on a Mercedes GLC AMG 63 was for sale though Motor Werks Honda which was no big deal to us since its all one large complex that's all connected so we also had the pleasure of working with Filip Greda also but Sharon kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy. Again Sharon is great and I will recommend her to anyone. More

After a very tepid experience at that Bravo Porsche Barrington Bravo!! I went to another dealership first only because it was geographically closer. After a very tepid experience at that dealership I decided I wanted to take a Cayenne Coupe for a test drive. Upon arriving at Porsche Barrington I was greeted by the front desk staff and began to stroll around the showroom. Within a perfect amount of time I was met by a wonderful salesperson named Sharon! I expressed interest in the new Cayenne and had a few questions answered before she brought up the vehicle for our test drive. Admittedly, the test drive was for all intents and purposes the deciding factor that I knew I was ready to purchase this vehicle because Sharon explained everything that the Cayenne can do in detail and answered every question I had! We went on to build my vision of the perfect car in her office. That is when I knew I was at the right place. Transparency! I always felt like they were open and honest with me - albeit on suggestions of options, different thoughts on looks and of course price!!! I know they are there to make money - though you truly feel they strive to have your best interest at hand and not just pressure tactics to get you to sign on the line. That was truly refreshing since you always hear terrible sales experiences from unscrupulous dealers everywhere. When Sharon encountered a couple hurdles trying to build the perfect car for me she enlisted the help of another gentlemen named Brian. He was so on point and made suggestions I never thought about and was able to smooth out any wrinkle we encountered. Sharon couldn't of been more patient with me knowing that this was my first Porsche and I had A LOT of questions! Taking my input and with her and Brian's trusted suggestions we were able to build a Cayenne that I will enjoy for years to come! During the time the vehicle was being built Sharon kept in touch accordingly. She called almost three weeks early to tell me that the new vehicle had arrived and was ready for pickup! Upon a very excited arrival I was greeted with my new Cayenne and Sharon right in the showroom! Everything went smoothly (of course) and want to say the Product Specialists were on top of their game during the new car introduction as well. Steve went out of his way to notify me that they had received a Porsche Boxster S that was spec'd like what I was looking for. A rare find. When I went in, he was super accommodating in inspecting the car, taking it for a drive, and making sure it met my expectations. He also showed me the service area, so I could get an understanding of their services offered. Mike was very helpful and diligent in going through the paperwork and finding a great extended warranty offering. The price of the car was very, very reasonable for an exceptional car. Steve personally delivered the car to me in central Illinois. Talk about above and beyond! They did an excellent job of prepping and detailing the car. It was delivered in beautiful condition.
