I finalized my deal at 7am December 31st with Sharon (very effective, no pressure and patient) then flew up to Chicago that mornin Amazing experience. I finalized my deal at 7am December 31st with Sharon (very effective, no pressure and patient) then flew up to Chicago that morning and was picked up at the airport by Austin (super nice and personable) and had a really nice ride up to the dealership, Sharon was waiting for me and had the car being prepped in addition to having snow tires put on after expediting delivery on them for me. Met with Brian (very knowledgeable and friendly) then Tony (organized and really nice) in finance where he had all the paperwork ready to go. I was in the car shortly after that and made it home in time for a New Years Eve party. Truly amazing Team work and coordination! Thank you! More

The WORST delearship experience i ever had Stay away from this place. I bought Porsche Cayanne Hybrid. Very ugly experience with cancelling warranty for tires, wheel and others.
