My car had “just out of warranty” transmission/transfer case problems and not only did they work with me to schedule a convenient service day, provide a loaner car and return the car same day, they were able to give me a very reasonable price, declaring that they “do what they can for good customers “! This is one reason I’ve been taking my Cayenne there, and I will continue to do so.
