He took his time in showing me all my options and asked questions which narrowed it down to what I originally was interested in. I really appreciated his knowledge of all the cars and was very patient with my indecisiveness. He went above and beyond my expectations. I did not feel pressured at all. I initially emailed with Armen on the internet sales side of things and test drove the car with him when I arrived. The rest of the time I spent with Catherine, who was great the entire time. It was a busy Sunday, every available desk and office was full, but I never felt ignored or forgotten. I was there about 3 hours or so, but I can imagine that on a weekday that time may have been cut in half. Overall, I was struck by the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. Thankfully Rector defies the cliches attached to car dealerships and I would go back without hesitation. More
